Dear Tea Practitioner;
Well it is once again time for our yearly tea gathering. This year I must apologize for being a little late getting out proper notification. We appreciate your continued support. We should all be grateful to the administration of Hakone Gardens for continuing to make this possible. We hope that all of you will join us if you can so that this event can continue into the future. Last year we had some extraordinary expenses due to the visit of the Yabunouchi Wakasosho and I promised to lower this year's fee so it will be $55 rather than $60. We will be returning to what is for us a normal format of three tea ceremonies and a small lunch with no demonstration. As always there are limitations on participation do to the capacity of the various sites. Please send in your applications as soon as possible. As much as possible I would like to let you choose so what follows are the various sites. Keep in mind that there are limits and attendance must be on a "first come first serve" basis. Therefore we can not guarantee your choices but we will do our best. Groups of more than two are often not possible. However we do suggest attending with a friend.
